This policy explains how personal data submitted through the Wynwood Grand information page ("this website") would be handled. It is written with reference to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

This website is an independent information page. It is not operated by City Developments Limited (CDL), CDL Divine Pte. Ltd. or any appointed marketing agency. In this preview the operator is fictional:

2. What we would collect
- Your full name
- Your Singapore mobile number
- Your email address
- The information you asked to receive (for example, floor plans or the price list)
- Your consent choice and the time you submitted the form
We do not ask for your NRIC number, income documents or financial account details through this website.
3. Current preview status
In this preview, the form only checks your entries in your browser. Nothing is transmitted, stored or shared, and no one will contact you as a result of using it. No analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies are installed on this preview.
4. How the data would be used on a live version
- To reply to your enquiry about Wynwood Grand by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email
- To send you project updates you asked for, such as preview dates, floor plans and prices
- To keep a record of your consent
We would only contact you with the consent you gave in the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see section 7).
5. Third-party services
The Location section embeds Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may receive technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, and may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. This website does not control that processing. You can use the "Open in Google Maps" link instead of interacting with the embedded map.
Any lead-delivery or analytics service added to a live version must be named here before launch.
6. Disclosure
We would not sell your personal data. On a live version, your details would only be seen by the operator named in section 1 and the service providers who help deliver your enquiry. We would share them with the developer only with your consent or where the law requires it.
7. Access, correction and withdrawal of consent
You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by contacting the privacy contact in section 1. In this preview, that contact is a placeholder and cannot receive messages.
8. Retention and protection
The operator of a live version must set and state how long enquiry data is kept, and use reasonable security arrangements to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Do Not Call
If your number is on the Do Not Call Registry, we would only call or message you about Wynwood Grand with the clear consent you gave in the form, or as the law otherwise allows.
