Wynwood Grand sits on a 271,330 sq ft executive condominium site on Woodlands Drive 17, in the Woodlands South neighbourhood. CDL plans around 432 homes across 14 eight-storey blocks. That is a gentle, low-rise scale for a site this size.
CDL won the site in a Government Land Sales tender that closed on 5 August 2025 with five bids. It is now preparing the project for a target launch in the first quarter of 2027. Layouts, prices and the showflat have not been released yet.

Woodlands South is on the Thomson–East Coast Line, which runs through Springleaf, Lentor, Caldecott and Stevens to Orchard without a change of line.
One stop north is Woodlands interchange, which links to the North–South Line. Two stops north, Woodlands North is the Singapore terminal of the upcoming Johor Bahru–Singapore RTS Link. The Seletar Expressway runs along the site's southern edge for drivers.
